WhatsApp Messaging
We use WhatsApp Business (via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform) to communicate with property owners, tenants, and buyers. Messages sent through this channel are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms of service, in addition to this policy. We only initiate WhatsApp conversations with your consent; you may withdraw that consent at any time by telling us to stop messaging you.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Licensed real estate negotiators and their registered estate agency firms, where required to list a property, formalise representation, or complete a transaction in compliance with Malaysian real estate regulations (Act 242 / BOVAEP)
